Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or other ordering errors.

Please review all product details, sizing information, colours, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can review it.

If there is an issue with your order that was caused during production or fulfillment, we will do our best to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Made-to-Order Items

All Desi Story apparel and products are produced after an order is placed. Because these items are made specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Choosing the wrong colour

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect information provided when placing an order

Personalized & Custom Items

Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, wording, colours, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
