Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, personal preference, or customer ordering errors.

Personalized and custom products are also final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or contain an error caused by us or our production process.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
